Plain-English summary: No Sweat Leads helps service businesses manage the leads they collect from their own ad forms. We store that lead data so the business can contact and quote those leads. This Privacy Policy explains how No Sweat Leads ("No Sweat Leads," "we," "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you use our lead-management platform (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to this policy.
1. Who this covers
No Sweat Leads has two kinds of people whose data we handle:
Account holders — the business owners and staff who sign up for and use No Sweat Leads.
Leads — the people who submitted a lead form to one of our account holders (for example, a Meta/Facebook lead ad) and whose contact details an account holder imports into No Sweat Leads.
2. Information we collect
Account information: your name, business name, email address, and password (stored securely and hashed) when you create an account.
Lead information: the data your business imports — typically a lead's name, phone number, email, and their answers to your ad form's questions.
Message content: texts and emails you send to leads through the Service, and replies leads send back to your number.
Billing information: handled by our payment processor, Stripe. We do not store your full card number on our servers.
Usage data: basic technical logs needed to operate and secure the Service.
3. How we use information
To provide the Service — storing leads, drafting and sending messages, generating price quotes, and showing you your pipeline.
To generate AI-assisted quote estimates and message drafts. For this, a lead's form answers and your pricing description are sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) to produce a suggested quote or message. This data is processed to fulfill your request and is not used to train third-party models.
To send transactional messages (SMS via Twilio, email via our mail provider) that you initiate or schedule.
To process subscription billing through Stripe.
To secure, maintain, and improve the Service.
4. Service providers we share data with
We share data only with the providers that make the Service work, each acting on our behalf:
Supabase — database and authentication (stores your account and lead data).
Anthropic — AI processing for quote estimates and message drafts.
Twilio — SMS sending and receiving.
Our email provider — outbound email delivery.
Stripe — subscription payments.
Our hosting provider — running the application servers.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for third-party advertising.
5. SMS and messaging
Account holders use No Sweat Leads to text leads who submitted their contact information through the account holder's own lead form. Recipients can opt out at any time by replying STOP, which stops all further automated and manual texts from the Service to that number. Reply START to opt back in. Message and data rates may apply. Messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with third parties for marketing.
6. Data retention
We keep account and lead data for as long as an account is active. Account holders can delete individual leads or clear all lead data at any time from within the app. If you close your account, we delete or anonymize associated data within a reasonable period, except where we must retain it to comply with legal obligations.
7. Your choices and rights
Account holders can access, correct, export, or delete their data from within the app, or by contacting us.
Leads who want their information corrected or deleted should contact the business they submitted their form to, or contact us at the email below and we will route the request to the relevant account holder.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA (access, deletion, portability, and objection). Contact us to exercise them.
8. Security
We use industry-standard measures — encrypted connections, hashed passwords, and database-level access controls — to protect data. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information and to promptly address any issues.
9. Children
The Service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, communicated to account holders.
